Muskox Lithium

The Muskox Lithium Project is located 45 km east of Yellowknife in the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province.

Project Location

The Muskox Lithium Project

Situated 45 km west of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, within the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province. The property is easily accessible via the Ingraham Trail, a paved all-season highway, and benefits from proximity to Yellowknife’s infrastructure, including skilled labor and transportation services.

Blackbird has over 3M in the treasury which is projected to fund all exploration and overhead well in to 20251 .

Location

Located 45 km east of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories within the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province. A large portion of the 50 km2 land package remains under-explored.

Proximity

The Muskox Project is situated less than 3 km south of Li-FT Power’s mineral leases and in close proximity to other significant lithium projects, such as the Hidden Lake Project owned by Patriot Battery Metals and Far Resources. This strategic location underscores the project’s potential within a burgeoning lithium district.

Mineralization

The project features the CM-1 pegmatite, a coarse-grained, spodumene-bearing formation exceeding 700 meters in length and up to 5 meters wide at the surface. Located within 100 meters of an all-season government-maintained road, the pegmatite is part of the Burwash Formation, known for hosting lithium-bearing pegmatites in the region.

Grade

Recent channel sampling of the CM-1 pegmatite confirms consistent spodumene content, with grades reaching up to 1.34% Li2O over 5 meters and 1.26% Li2O over 11 meters. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis has verified the presence of spodumene. Additionally, other spodumene-bearing pegmatites have been identified approximately 1 km east of CM-1, and the property hosts several gold showings, indicating potential for multiple mineral resources.
